The LotFancy Neck and Shoulder Gel Ice Pack is a reusable cold wrap with a hands-free collar design and adjustable straps . It features a flannel backing for comfort and has two sides for different treatment options. The gel pack remains pliable when frozen and is designed for cold therapy to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. It is latex-free , non-toxic , and safe for all ages. The pack can be frozen for 1.5 to 2 hours and applied for up to 20-25 minutes. It is designed for ergonomic full coverage of the neck, shoulders, and upper back.

• You can choose either cold therapy by using the nylon side, or slow ice treatment by with the fabric flannel side.
• Usage for Cold Treatment
• Place the gel-pack in a freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours. After removing the pack from the freezer, wait for 1-2 mins before applying to body.
• To get the best cold therapy, it is recommended to freeze the gel packs no more than 2 hours.
• Note
• Used for Cold therapy only, don't heat the pack.
• It’s recommended to wear the cold compress wrap for up to 20-25 minutes. DO NOT apply Cold therapy for longer than 30 mins at a time.
